We are a proud military family. My husband served our country in the United States Marine Corps and he is currently a firefighter/paramedic. He is a public servant to the core and we are VERY lucky to call him ours. This year for Halloween, we wanted to do something good with the insane amounts of candy I’m sure our little pumpkin will be bringing home. I knew there was probably someone who had figured out the best way to distribute these treats to people who would really enjoy them.
After a little research, we decided that this year we would be sending our candy to Operation Gratitude- Saying “Thank You” to All Who Serve.
If you would like to participate, you can mail the donations personally, like we are. Or you can find a participating drop-off site.
Here is the donation address and link to the instructions:
Please send along with DONATION FORM
21100 Lassen Street

We decided to send a few letters with the candy as well. This is a great lesson for our son about giving back and thanking people who deserve our gratitude.
For The Win,
